Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using LOGAM digital services, creating an account, submitting content, applying for membership, booking a service, commenting or requesting a call-in, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms and any specific written service agreement that applies.

Services and availability
LOGAM may provide internet radio streaming, AutoDJ and live programming, program schedules, archives, interviews, memberships, advertising, appointments, community participation and related digital tools. Internet, power, hosting, streaming-provider, third-party platform or maintenance issues may temporarily affect availability and LOGAM does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Accounts and access
Users must provide materially accurate information, protect credentials and avoid sharing privileged access. LOGAM may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse, non-payment, unlawful use or material breach of these terms.

Content and intellectual property
A person who submits music, sermons, adverts, images, interviews, comments or other material confirms that they own it or have permission to use it. LOGAM may review, format, schedule, broadcast, archive, moderate or remove submitted material for the requested service. Nothing in these terms authorises copyright infringement or unlawful use of another personβs rights.

Listener comments and call-ins
Guest comments and call-in requests may be available without an account. Participation remains subject to the Community, Social Media & Call-In Standards. LOGAM may moderate participation, require consent for a live or recorded appearance, and decline or terminate a call-in for safety, legal, editorial or operational reasons.

Payments and commercial services
Membership, advertising, sponsorship, production or promotional services are subject to the applicable quotation, invoice, package or written agreement. Activation may depend on confirmed payment. Refunds, credits or rescheduling depend on the specific service, work already performed, reserved airtime and applicable law.

Privacy and data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the published LOGAM Privacy & Data Protection Policy and applicable law. LOGAM does not sell personal data. Use of a third-party payment, social-media, streaming or communications service may also be governed by that providerβs own lawful terms and privacy notice.

Governing law and cyber conduct
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Users must not engage in unauthorised access, identity theft, online impersonation, cyber bullying, phishing, fraud, malicious interference, credential theft or other conduct prohibited by applicable Zambian cyber or criminal law. Electronic forms, lawful consent records, system logs and communications may be retained and used for operational, security, audit or dispute purposes as permitted by law.

Changes and severability
LOGAM may update these terms when services, law or operational requirements change. The version and effective date displayed by LOGAM identify the current terms. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.

Contact and disputes
Questions about these terms should first be raised through official LOGAM support channels so the matter can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Zambian law.

LOGAM applies these laws and standards only to the extent they lawfully govern the relevant service, processing activity, user or jurisdiction.
